I crave EVEN AND CONSISTENT rule enforcement.

Why every other NSFW AV has been changed or censored and not Loktard's is something that seems to have escaped everyone but Dual and myself.
 
TK does not provide equal footing to its members; you already know that.

Loktar's avatar is NOT illegal:

1) NOT depicting real people.

2) NO sex or particularly sexual acts being performed.

It is like stating that a video of naked kids running through a sprinkler or a baby getting changed is pornography. Seriously, think of it as National Geographic for TK.
 
And I promise I'm not mad at you Pickle, I'm actually in a very good mood right now. I just strongly disagree with you on this topic. If anything, we should be encouraging Loktar. By breaking the penile barrier --someday I might get to use the uncensored version of this avatar here. Someday Henoch's uncensored TK banner might beam proudly from the top of the website.

As it shows full frontal nudity (real or otherwise), it is, at the very least, inappropriate for a TK avatar, as stated in the rules.

It's interesting (but not altogether surprising) that you'd take the position you seem to be taking.

The answer isn't to encourage the enslavement of everyone. It is to encourage and support the freedom of as many as possible, until it becomes commonplace.
