I always thought it strang that Mr Hoshi wasn't asian.
 
I always thought it strange that his hair looked like it was sprayed on.

On a related note, SciFi finally gave the greenlight to the spin-off series Caprica.
 
Meh. I love BSG and all, but the Sci-Fi channel needs to come up with some new shows, rather than spinoffs of BSG and SG. I've got thousands of ideas for them.
 
Plus I don't really like the story ideas I've heard about Caprica. I thought robots that looked and felt human were a Cylon invention that were such an incredible idea that nobody suspected they could exist, but now they're retconning it by saying someone made a human robot copy for the hell of it when Adama was a kid?

And I always liked that Adama was a fairly average commander who'd ended up leading humanity, only for it to turn out he's some relative of the guy who invented the first Cylon?

I'm sure I'll still enjoy it if it's got a BSG flavour, but I'll be really disappointed if they fuck about with things they've already established when it's not even necessary. BSG's usually very consistent and that's what makes it a believable universe.
 
Maybe Caprica's all a dream Boxey has.

Actually, they shouldn't have canceled Farscape.

You are not alone, I watch it too.I wasn't aware it was cheesy though. I love cheesy, campy, weird stuff.
 
Well, it is a little cheesy, but I still like it. I don't know if it's as good as the hype, cause I haven't read any of the hype. It's got a pretty good story, and the actors are good.
 
I found the web episodes a bit of a hard slog to get through, are the episodes faster paced?
