Can you summarize what you've done with the game and what direction you want to take it in? That'd probably make it easier to come up with ideas.

I really hope you're featuring the Skans. Some kind of random-encounter thing, mebbe?

I can summarize, but I don't want to spoil anything.

Jack will remain a main character. CKLT has been added. No big ideas needed for them.

I'm not sure how to feature the skans.

The Mine Field and its characters haven't been 'taken' or used up. It will resemble a casino.

I'm hoping for smaller ideas. CKLT, for instance, conferred he'd want to have 'tomatoe' based abilities, which he now shall.

The general direction will have a standard RPG flow, with minor situations and some larger, 'board'-wide events and arcs.

I'm not sure how to feature the skans.

this may be too much work....what about a little town (or even a building in the town) or cave called Skanlandia. Where the heros just interact with the Skans and find some treasure? That could work with any of the other boards I would think.

It's not a lot of work, or at least, not more than usual. If someone can take care of their graphics, it would be no problem.
