Cassie, what variety of goat cheese was it? In my experience, any goat's milk cheese that isn't simply called 'Goat Cheese' is easily superior to its bovine and sheep derived cousins. Goat Gouda is a particular favourite of mine.

It's Laura Chenel goat cheese, I guess that's the brand? It's kinda sour and creamy with a goaty aftertaste. Takes some getting used to, but I think it's kinda delicious.
