Wolves' Mike Conley named NBA's Teammate of Year​


Minnesota Timberwolves guard Mike Conley was named the NBA's Twyman-Stokes Teammate of the Year on Wednesday, the second time in his career he has won the award. Conley, who also won the award in 2018-19, finished with 51 first-place votes and 1172 total points, finishing ahead o Brooklyn Nets forward Mikal Bridges (47 first-place votes, 1041 points) and New York Knicks guard Jalen Brunson (29 first-place votes, 783 total points). In addition to now winning this award twice, Conley -- now in his 17th NBA season -- has also won the league's sportsmanship award on four different occasions.

Bulls' Alex Caruso honored with NBA's Hustle Award​


Chicago Bulls guard Alex Caruso was named the winner of the NBA's annual Hustle Award on Thursday afternoon. Caruso, 30, averaged 10.1 points, 3.8 rebounds, 3.5 assists, 1.7 steals and 1.0 blocks per game this season -- one of nine qualifying players to average at least a steal and a block. Long considered one of the league's toughest and grittiest players, Caruso was an All-Defensive first-team selection last season and is a strong candidate to land on one of the league's two All-Defensive Teams later this month. The Hustle Award "honors players who make the traditional effort plays that don't often appear in the traditional box score, but impact winning on a nightly basis."
