Both of those things are expressions of nanny-state-ism. People with self-respect don't accept either of those things as natural or normal.

That "autopsy" was debunked. The "independent" one showed the cause of death to be completely different. Something about a knee to the neck for over 8 minutes (verified live) is the "official" cause of death.
