It's a good episode but it bordered on self parody at times.

Aye, at points the 'every character is Data' got a little too contrived, BUT it did look as if Brent Spiner & Marina Sirtis were having stacks of fun.

The only thing that can ever prevent the episode from being truly great, though, is the presence of Alexander. Kind of the core reason the story exists, but if it was a different actor....
