Official Trek 11 countdown/news thread

GET SOME MUD MEN IN IT.

Someone on Trekmovie suggested it looks like the Tantive IV corridors, only curvier. I think they had a point.

Btw, there are similar walkthrough vids on the official BSG website that are super cool.

I wonder who will be the recipient in Corridor B of the inevitable recycled line "I'D LIKE TO TOSS YOU OUT THE NEAREST AIRLOCK!"

They're too shiny. Old Trek wasn't that shiny, except for everyone's boots. Do they have some old immigrant woman who runs around the ship keeping the floors perfectly waxed? That's not logical for a spaceship.

Maybe I'm being harsh because I just watched Aliens the other day. Those spaceships were all gritty and badass. Then again, that universe didn't turn out as well as the Trekverse...

"Today at the IDW Comics panel at WonderCon, they discussed the Transformers, G.I. Joe and Star Trek prequel comics. When it came time to talk about Star trek's prequel comics, they were talking about how the Next Generation cast plays an important role in the story of the prequel and that in the last issue, (issue 4 I believe) it ends in a major cliffhanger with Nero that leads right into the new J.J. Abrams Star Trek movie.

"The end of issue 4 is a cliffhanger and is going to continue in the first few minutes of the movie."

Right after that was said, another writer (or artist) said that part of the movie will take place with the Next Generation cast and to look out for that. Another guy on the panel gave him a quick "uh oh" look.

Wooahahhoooaaggaoohohahhhh!

SURELY not. We would have heard by now. But still, that would make it the best movie ever.

Trekmovie debunked that theory earlier today, the only people to have appeared in TNG that'll be in the movie are the ones we know, Leonard Nimoy and Majel Roddenberry.

As long as Riker and Troi dont end the movie by stepping out of a holodeck.

Some people are so 'tarded they play April Fool's jokes on March 1st.
