In these times of fear and economic uncertainty, I believe that the governments of all free countries should come together, and temporarily enact a law whereby all people over the age of 18 who are deemed to be "hot" by a majority of their peers, are required to be naked at all times.

Think about how happy that would make us, how it would distract us from the soul-crushing knowledge that all of our economies are built on houses of sand! I mean, I for one would DEFINITELY hang around wherever Heidi Klum or Cindy Crawford were seen.
