I started writing a list of things I'd tell my younger self if I ever went back in time, but I started to realise I'd be sacrificing a hell of a lot of good anecdotes to tell at parties.

i'm afraid i would go back and time and just do the boring deposit $30.00 in an interest bearing savings account trick. it has low impact on causality, the bank can earn money on the growing principal all the way up until the present day when i withdraw it all and purchase an island on lake michigan, a nice house to go on said island, a good deal of computer/studio equipment, a large drum set, a badass bass amp, and a television so large you can watch mystery science theater 3000 from space.
