I make them and give them every year to the all the police and fire departments as gifts for their service. Look at the platters. Frogs made with coconut..Strawberry coconut balls...shortbreads...chocolate covered frogs made with almond slivers...the chocolates in the plastic wine glass I didn't and some of the things I pretty it with but the rest yes since I make so many. This is quite easy to make just lots of different things. You can freeze some things while you work to finish it all up to keep it all relatively fresh.
