That does look good. I added it to my list :)

Thanks

Has SAUSAGEMAN been informed that there's a trans actress in this...

Just bumping this because it "dropped" on Netflix today and I've watched the first episode but I won't judge it until I watch more I guess.

I'VE WATCHED TWO EPISODES AND I THINK IT'S PRETTY GOOD SO I'LL WATCH MORE AND YOU CAN'T STOP ME.

I haven't started on it but it has that nice guy from Stargate Universe so.

Oh that's who he is.

I can't recall his name now but I used to follow him on Twitter to see his selfies.

Brian J. Smith

Hmm..yes he's quite nice looking.

According to IMDb he's only in 3 episodes.

According to IMDB most of the main cast is only in 3 episodes.

WELL YES IF YOU'RE A READER I GUESS SO.

I've watched the first four episodes. It's pretty good. The problem I guess is that some of the (eight) stories are more interesting than others. Or get more interesting faster. It looks really pretty. The Wachowskis are good at shooting things. With cameras. The writing's a bit...on the nose? Sometimes? The good stuff is really good (the fight at the end of episode 3 and the moment at the end of episode 4 that you'll know when you see it.) I probably agree with this review, negative and positive (but the review's only for the first three episodes.) Netflix's Sense8 is the Wachowskis' very own Lost, with a few big flaws | Television & radio | The Guardian

Alas, the stories are dreadfully sincere and painfully literal. We learn that Wolfgang didn’t like his father when he literally pisses on his grave. We know that Nomi and her girlfriend are really into Gay Pride because they’re having sex with a rainbow-colored dildo. Yes, it’s that kind of show.

But it seems to be getting better as it goes on maybe.

The Wackowskis are probably very difficult for people to say no to.

Will watch some today and comment.

I've just finished episode 7 and this show definitely gets better as it goes along.

Watched episode 1 earlier and quite enjoyed it. They didn't get into the story very much, but the characters lives are diverse and interesting enough for that to be enough. And it's pretty well acted and very nicely filmed. Never thought I'd see Freema with a strap on either.

I prefer "on the nose" to symbolism. Pissing on his father's grave is a quick and easy way to get the point across. I could have done without the jelly covered strap on bouncing on the floor but Freema is lovely so I can overlook it. I'm only on the second episode but so far I like the cop and the cute London girl best. Probably because they've had the most violent storylines. So less sex, more violence. I'm American.

Just watched episode 3 and loving it. Curious what the ones who can't shoot or kickbox will be able to do that's useful for the others ("there's only one solution, I'm going to have to ACT and/or SCISSOR my way out of this!")

"I'm going to not want to get married my way out of this!"

I haven't seen it but the overriding impression I get from friends is WTFIGO? (in a good way)
