Notre Dame's 12-year run in women's AP Top 25 ends
The Fighting Irish fell out of the AP Top 25 on Monday for the first time since the end of the 2006-07 season, stopping a streak of 234 consecutive weeks being ranked. It was the third longest active streak behind UConn's (492) and Baylor's (302).

Mamadi Diakite also scored 19 points of his own and the Cavaliers (4-0) overcame the Catamounts (4-1) Anthony Lamb's 30-points.

No. 14 NC State (62) - Maine (34)
Elissa Cunane had 12 points and 10 rebounds for her second straight double-double and Jada Boyd added eight points, a career-high 16 rebounds, three assists and two blocks. NC State entered ranked third nationally in field-goal percentage defense and held Maine to 25% on 14-of-57 shooting. Dor Saar scored 10 points and Blanca Millan grabbed 10 rebounds for Maine (1-3).

No. 4 UConn routs UVa 83-44, extends home winning
Megan Walker scored 15 of her 19 points in the first half. Christyn Williams added 17 points for the Huskies (4-0).Senior Kyla Irwin had a career-high 13 points off the bench and freshman Anna Makurat had her best game as a Husky with 10 points. Jocelyn Willoughby scored 13 points for Virginia (2-3), which was coming off a three-point loss at home to No. 13 Kentucky.

No. 2 Louisville rallies past USC Upstate 76-50
Jordan Nwora had two 3s among his season-high 28 points on 11-of-19 shooting. McMahon scored 15 points on five 3-pointers, his last ones helping Louisville avoid a huge upset. Bryson Mozone's 14 points on four 3s led Upstate (1-5), which was 9 of 24 from long range.

Bacot, Anthony lead No. 5 UNC past Elon 75-61
Armando Bacot had season highs of 22 points and 14 rebounds, Garrison Brooks added 14. Freshmen Cole Anthony finished with nine points, 10 rebounds and a season-high eight assists for North Carolina (4-0) which hasn't had a player with a triple-double since Brendan Haywood and Jason Capel each did it 10 days apart in December 2000. Marcus Sheffield scored 19 points for the Phoenix (2-3), who lost their third straight.

Krzyzewski wins 217th game with Duke ranked No. 1 in romp
87-52 over California. Mike Krzyzewski is about to become No. 1 at winning at No. 1. He has to share that milestone for at least one more game with the Wizard of Westwood. Krzyzewski is 217-34 when the Blue Devils hold the top spot, a mark they hit this week in The Associated Press poll. Wooden went 217-11 with UCLA as the top-ranked team. Krzyzewski can set the record Friday night at MSG if the Blue Devils (5-0) knock off Georgetown in the final of the 2K Empire Classic. The Hoyas defeated No. 22 Texas 82-66 in the opener.

Evans scores 18 as No. 9 Louisville throttles Chattanooga 86-37
Dana Evans scored 18 points on 8 of 12 shots. Kylee Shook posted her third consecutive double-double, going for 12 points and 11 rebounds. Freshman Norika Konno added a career-high 11 points. Elizabeth Balogun added 11 rebounds to go with nine points for the Cardinals (4-0). Eboni Williams paced Chattanooga (1-6) with a season-high 18 points.
