RaiQuan Gray scored 17 points, Balsa Koprivica had 13 points and nine rebounds and Anthony Polite added 12 points for the Seminoles (17-6). Isaiah Miller scored 17 points and Keyshaun Langley added 16 for Greensboro (21-9).

Virginia losses 62-58 to Preston, Ohio, ending title defense
The Cavaliers (18-7) became the first defending champion to lose in the first round since UConn in 2012.
Ohio (17-7) has now won its last three NCAA first-round games, beating Georgetown in 2010 and Michigan in 2012.

Buddy Boeheim gets dad back to Sweet 16 as Syracuse tops WVU 75-72
"Buckets" Boeheim scored 22 of his 25 points after halftime to lead the Orange past third-seeded West Virginia (19-10) on Sunday. Syracuse (18-9) advanced to face second-seeded Houston in a Midwest Regional semifinal.

Sweet 16 bound: No. 15 seed Oral Roberts stuns Florida 81-78
The fraternity of No. 15 seeds to reach the second week of the NCAA Tournament has its second member. The Golden Eagles (18-10) erased an 11-point deficit on the way to their seventh straight victory

Reseeding the women's basketball tournament 2021 field for the round of 32
Chalk ruled the opening day of the 2021women's basketball tournament as higher seeds went 16-0. Day 2 was for the underdogs. Three double-digit seeds pulled big upsets to reach the second round, which made for plenty of change as we reseed the field.

Gonzaga's Corey Kispert, Baylor's Jared Butler among five finalists for men's Wooden Award
Kispert, the WCC Player of the Year, leads the undefeated Zags with 19.2 points per game, to go along with 4.9 rebounds per contest. The 6-foot-7 senior is shooting 54.5% from the field, 90.1% from the free throw line and 45.8% from 3. Butler, who has established himself as the nation's top junior, leads 24-2 Baylor with 16.9 points per game and 2.1 steals per game and is second on the team with 4.8 assists per outing.

UConn freshman guard Paige Bueckers and South Carolina sophomore forward Aliyah Boston, who will attempt to lead their No. 1-seeded teams into the Elite Eight this weekend, were among college basketball players named finalists Friday for the 2021 John R. Wooden Award.
