haha! filmed in B.C.! thought so....has the same "feel" as the X-Files, if I may be so unscientific.
 
I'm pretty sure Supernatural is filmed there as well but I'm too lazy to look it up.

The Green Arrow was one of the earliest superheroes. Ditto for the Green Lantern IIRC. Lantern has a roller coaster named & themed for him. So should Arrow!
