Nrama: Al, you mentioned earlier that this series fits into the "sexy grifter" genre. It's interesting that you specifically said "sexy," because the character of Loki has become a sex symbol, thanks to the Thor and Avengers movies, as well as Journey Into Mystery. Will the "sexy" aspect of the character be specifically incorporated into this series?

Ewing: Yes!

Garbett: Shamelessly and gratuitously — if you consider the naked shower scene on page 2 gratuitous, that is.

Nrama: [Laughs.] So we'll see his sexy "back?"

Ewing: Loki has a beautiful bottom and we'll be seeing plenty of it. I think a certain degree of sexiness is integral to the spy/hustle genre, and besides, it's fun.

Warren Ellis is an English man with a beard and hat, so yes.
 
The Moench and Sienkiewicz MK from 1980 has been the ONLY series that was done right. I hope Ellis can revive the character and make him cool again.
 
I finally read Young Avengers 12. Not sure if I got the twist (Leah was Head Loki?)
 
Leah (like Head Loki) is a personification of Loki's guilty conscience. A part of Loki feels guilty and has used (and transferred) some of his power to Leah, who is working against him.
 
I'm not sure how Prodigy kissing Patri-not made Tommy come back.

Loki: Agent of Asgard opens with a naked Loki showering while singing a song from Wicked. I might be this book's target audience.
