This very sweet little college girl just started working at da club and this is her very first job!! She is so sweet and willing to learn that I have decided to adopt her, teach her what I can.............I also have her model lots of clothes so I can see what they look like on size 0 girls................it helps me recommend stuff to others while encouraging her to build her wardrobe.

It's not my church anymore because they have been fucking with me. I have decided to find a new church or become a Buddhist.

I even thought about going to a black evangelical church so I could get them all riled up about Shannon and Thelma especially now that I have found out Jeb Bush is on the Board of Directors or Novation.
 
They have full course bands with bass players, electic guitars, singers, drummers, bongo drums............the whole nine yards. It is the highlight of the church's meetings.

They are big fan's of Bono which is a plus.

I would hate to be in her shoes right now, she knew what she was getting into, she knew what was being covered up, she is now a MAJOR target of God knows how many different "organizations" because of the knowledge she holds. I don't feel sorry for her at all because she should have thought about the consequences instead of the greed and power.

Now she has a big target on her forehead...................if "they" will take out two assistant U.S. Attorneys who were heads of their Criminal Divisions..........just think of the liability Monica is. Think about all the people who have sensitive information about this case.........all the "little" people like the paralegals, secretary's, receptionists..........all the little people who are talking to each other, passing info among themselves, passing info to their neighbors, friends, media, trusted sources.

It is going to be very interesting how this all plays out.
 
OK..............making a 19 year old fag who still lives at home with his parents a keyholder is one thing. Making him a manager is quite another. I have this newly appointed kid now fucking with my hours, telling me I didn't axe his permission to take a break after working my ass off all week doing HIS stock job that I have done since DAY 1..............then he calls me, after telling me to go home early tonight................to tell me to come in at 8am in the morning on my DAY OFF to bail them out cause another kid called out.

Yep...............you can train a monkey to do a job, the hard part is getting them to actually do the work.

This is PRICELESS. The upside is I have made a lot of good contacts since working for whoever the hell it is I am working for.
 
Although I am one of the "little" people. Now I am under pressure from a whole new set of damn lawyers from ColdwellBanker to get the fuck out of my house since I am in foreclosure proceedings.

What a nice bunch all of you have been. You don't mess around when you set out to ruin people.
 
Here is a little advice for you Gagh..........whoever "runs" the "operation".......I have never seen a business run the way retail obviously runs. I am beginning to think it is a front for something else because when you recruit a bunch of people who don't know what the hell they are doing, then put them in positions of "doing"...........you set yourself up for failure. This store is an example. I cannot hang with a business ethic like that, I am used to a more professional atmosphere.......not a bunch of kids running around telling everyone else what to do when they cannot even see what needs to be done.
It seems to me like the people who are the worst.............ie; miss work, schedule themselves off for vacation after being in your employ 2 months, dick the "workers" around, stand around looking busy when in fact they do nothing, employee's who come in hungover, employee's whose biggest ambition is taking clothes to a dressing room then wait to ring them up..........I have NEVER seen anything like it. Who actually runs this big operation who treats their people so well?

btw........there is so much freight in boxes it is stacked to the ceiling, boxes are falling over..........I had a bunch of them fall on me when I was going down the hallway............luckily they were light. I have been the only person stocking the floor.............when I called your "co-manager, keyholders" out on it they say..........."Tell us what needs to be taken to the floor" then they saunter away so they can talk on the phone, gossip with each other. The biggest gossiper is your keyholder gay boy.........the other two are gone.

What a bunch of winners..............I am bidding my time now.
 
Oh yeah...............it is a very TOP-heavy organization. Lots of chiefs.........one or two Indians. They would do well to look around, see what needs to be done, lead by example, then tell others what to do after that. Usually you don't have to tell others what to do when you lead by example. When dealing with a bunch of inexperienced people, you probably do.
 
Gagh???? If ever there was a company who displayed flagrant labor violations..........it would have to be your company. I told all those idiots assholes at the store they weren't going to jerk me around anymore. I was hired to "sell" which is something none of them can do since they are glorified "order takers". I have turned so many people around from walking out the door, then making a sell because I know the stock, I watch what women try on, I encourage them to model clothes for me. THEY.......on the other hand, take clothes people are carrying around, put them in a dressing room, then run up to the register to ring up sales.
In addition to being dicked around by a 19 year old fag who still lives at home with his parents on my schedule, bailing out the company 3 times for no-shows.............I was told I wouldn't get a day off this week even though you don't pay O/T and I was sent home early yesterday because he told me I was going to run into O/T. I didn't even have 40 hours when I signed off on my hours this morning.
It worked out because from last night when he and another girl closed........to this morning...........the register was short $50 even in cash.


BUNCH OF FUCKING NO-TALENT ASSHOLES.
 
oH YEAH.............in addition to having to work on my day off..........I got stuck doing stock all day while all the kiddies rang up sales.
