THE ANSWER IS STILL NO.
But in all honesty the answer is probably no. Voyager didn't really reach those heights. That said there are a lot of underrated VOY episodes which do have some emotional resonance to them.
Eye of the Needle, The Chute, Meld, The Thaw, Death Wish, Real Life, The Raven, Living Witness, Latent Image and Timeless are all in that bracket and there are a good few others as well.

Some people hate The Thaw for reasons I can't remember.
