I know! I totally saw it after I posted. I assumed it would only be old news, but it is helpful up until the year 2015. That is when the world will end!

George W. Bush pushed it earlier in the year for some reason. It's an easier 'solution' to the oil crisis than actually coming up with alternative energy sources, I guess.
