drugs aren't bad per se. addiction is bad. a reliance on escape as a way of coping with life is bad. dirty needles and badly cut gear are bad but drugs as an occasional, mind expanding experience is actually quite a positive way to live.

There is no feeling in the world, than being pill'd up to the eyeballs on XTC, listening to trance at an illegal rave.
Doing a line of white nose candy with a few friends in the restroom of a crowded bar, then going out with beer in your belly, coke in your veins and knowing your invincible, and no one can touch you because your well 'ard.
Or going on a magical colourful journey with magic mushrooms and then tunneling into the next level on Ketermine....
Awww the memories....... I say if you want to experience it then do it..... If you do not, well thats up to you...... The risks of death you say, the cost to your health...... There are dangers to drugs, you cannot deny that, but there are dangers in not doing anything all your life and still dying young. Risks are there to be taken smoking a cigerette, drinking beer, hell there is even a risk sleeping with the anyone and catching a dose. you could even choke to death eating a pretzel.
My only rule in life is do not encourage minors, I do not agree with that, yet our schools do that better than anyone, because the more they say how bad drugs are, the more people will try them, now those are the people the police should be targetting. Leave those who wanna party alone.
My Race was run, I stayed the distance, and I live to tell the tale, but many of my friends have fallen and lost there lives to drugs, and many have also died in car accidents. We choose your roads, and think what you want out of life and do it.
Wanna eat carrots, thats fine, more meat for the meat eaters i say
Wanna drink juice, fine, more beer for those those who wanna get smashed out of their skulls.
Wanna live in a a world behind your IKEA curtains and pretend the big bad wolf cannot get to you, thats okay.
But I am curled up like a spring and when the drugs stopped working I went back to football and the feeling you get watching your team wins and then the rush you get kicking peoples heads in afterwards.... Life is short
