You should try what I do sometimes when I hear people yelling - I simply yell "I CAN HEAR YOU. YES YOU'RE VERY LOUD. THANK YOU!"

lol, I actually did that a few weeks ago with yet another neighbor (sigh, the perks of having two homes..) yelling at her kid. I may have worded that a bit less polite though. She actually stopped. Felt good, especially since the kid is pretty cute and doesn't deserve that cunt of a mother.

The whole point is to yell in polite language. You're just yelling what everyone else is thinking.
