And! On that chart, you will see "Emily Thorne" and "Amanda Clarke". Emily Thorne's real name is Amanda Clarke, and vice-versa. They switched identities in juvie. There are frequent flashbacks on the show to the time before the name switch. This makes discussion of those two characters pretty involved: my roomy and I have settled on calling them RealAmandaFakeEmily and RealEmilyFakeAmanda.
