For a moment I was thinking you were talking about your teeth. I was out of context.
 
A dentist should get on designing bullet shaped crowns!
 
But then they'd have to design bullet shaped crowns for everyone near the person with bullet shaped crowns so that they're safe from bullet shaped crowns.
