Nicola's brain fell out and Donna ran over it with her car while texting Ringo to tell him she was dumping him for having a head that was too large, while her father went on the run and knocked Didge over, who broke her foot and fell on Declan, who was supposed to be playing football but ended up fucking her instead, this lead to Karl getting in trouble for disclosing private patient details when he shouted very loudly and for all to hear "wtf, how did Didge get preggo, I thought he was a boy?!". All of this happened in one long split screen montage as Rachel sang the same two bloody songs over and over. Meanwhile, Tye rubbed his precious (Rachel's ring), looking more and more cross-eyed each time.
