(Over here, it would have to snow at least 5 meters until we'd be allowed to stay home, damn snow-accustomed region I live in, so I tend to get grumpy while I wade through the slush).
 
^yeah - the cops have to close the highways before we get hols - and when they close the highways that means they're deadly. the snowplows up here are waaaay too efficient.

Got at least six inches down here now, maybe more. Just keeps coming and coming.
 
mines only 6 inches too but thats coz its cold and snowing...
 
we're scheduled to get 12 inches between 7:00PM and 7:00AM tomorrow morning. i do miss upstate NY, tho, we used to climb onto the roof from the skylight and sled down the side of the house on the massive snow drift that would build there. oh, and dig snow tunnels, that was rad.

There. That's the view out into my back garden earlier during the early stages if a mini-blizzard. I would imagine anything left living in The Greenhouse will be frozen to death by now. Even the poor bird table is fecked.

Ignore the graffiti on the garage opposite. Pickles is now in jail.

You know what, amazingly I've never thought of that until you mentioned it! I have the uncanny knack of not thinking about online stuff the minute I turn the PC off.
