HeroicFool Indefinitely Suspended...

The biggest mistake I ever made was going into AQG all those months ago. I was happy being ignorant. Just running a little RPG about Pirates fighting the undead and whatnot. Hanging out on the Beach, reading funny posts, or checking out the other forums like GMD, Reviews, and even Consumer Tech. Now, it's all different. EI's different. I'm different. Everything seems different. I hate this kind of different...

I'm not going to post in AQG anymore. Everything I say is twisted into something it's not, and made to look bad because I now post in "big bad" TK. All I wanted was for folks to stop being so nasty, and I found myself to be nasty in the process. I guess I was hoping for too much, or I was doing things wrong. I dunno.

Rhea asked me in a different thread, why do I bother posting on EI. The answer is simple. Despite everything that has happened, or been happening, I've grown attached to the members there. It's like family. No matter how crazy they may drive you, they're family. And you don't abandon your family. Family shouldn't abandon you.

Fuck Rhea. She is one of the most negative people around EI. She finds fault with anyone who dares to voice an opinion or question authority, and what is worse, she paints the poster as some kind of bad person for having the affront to hold a different opinion or question said authority.

Groups need people who question authority. Why? Because it makes those who have authority think about how they use it. Hell, even complaints about me here on TK make me think about what I do and how I do it. That makes even the trolling worth while. People in authority can lose their perspective easily. Those that question, keep us humble.

Rhea wants everyone to shut up and let her shout. She gets to malign people, she gets to troll, she gets to flame, all in the name of righteousness. I find that interesting BTW. It's OK for her to shout and rock the boat, but no one else.

Fuck her.

I know I'm the newest EIer but I think the direction your posting is taking over there is fine. It seems you have started speaking your mind and dammit that's a good thing!

EI needs some shaking up IMHO, only through turmoil can real change be wrought. Man, I know some people are gonna misinterperet that...

I hope you're right, Chatty. In any case, what ever happens will be without me. No one listens to what I'm trying to say anyway over there. I'm just one of the TK'ers now to them.
 
On a side note, I just finished putting out a fire I accidentally started on my own front lawn. I lit one of those gopher bombs, and attempted to stick it down the hole. Upon doing so, sparked the grass, and WHOOSH! Fuck! I hate that rodent! I'm relieved that the garden hose was nearby to put the little fire out, but the thing kept smoking, and started rolling around on the sidewalk. How the hell did it get out of the hole??? Double FUCK! Got a mound of dirt, and tons of water on it right now. Please let that be it for catastrophe's for today...
