Shit Biscuits

Recommended amount of hash: 2g; makes about 50 biscuits, approximately 0.04g per biscuit
switch to metric units

5.25 ozbutter
07 ozhash
5.25 ozsugar
2pinches of salt
2pinches of powdered cinnamon
1egg
9.275 ozflour
Warm up 50g of butter. Warm up the hash and crumble it into the liquid butter, dissolving it as finely as possible. Knead it in with the rest of the butter. Add the sugar, spices, and egg and stir. (Do not beat it into a foam.) Knead the flour into the mixture.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

Roll out the dough on a floured surface until it is about 4 mm thick. Cut out biscuits with a form of about 6 cm in diameter. Lay these on a sheet covered with baking paper. Place it in the oven on the middle rack and bake for approximately 10 minutes.

Tip: If no proper cookie cutter is available, you can always grab a drinking glass...

The Cowboys have agreements with the following undrafted FAs: RB Darius Anderson, TCU; RB Sewo Olonilua, TCU; DE Garrett Marino, UAB; LB Frances Bernard, Utah; DE Ladarius Hamilton, North Texas; TE Sean McKeon, Michigan; OT Terence Steele, Texas Tech; DE Ron'Dell Carter, James Madison; WR Aaron Parker, URI; RB Rico Dowdle, South Carolina; WR Stephen Guidry, Mississippi St., S Luther Kirk, Illinois St.; TE Charlie Taumoepeau, Portland St.; LB Azur Kamara, Kansas; WR Kendrick Rogers, Texas A&M.

What did Stephen Jones think of the work done by Vice President of Player Personnel Will McClay? "Well, I think he'd be the MVP,” Jones said. “At the end of the day, he embraced this. Jerry did, I did run into GMs along the way, people who are involved in the draft that were pushing back and wanting to delay and wouldn't embrace this. Will jumped in with both feet with his scouting staff, he never blinked. He was ready to roll just like we have been these past eight, nine, 10 years.”

Jerry Jones confirmed what everybody already knew: he was on his yacht for the draft. Considering how he feels about the selections and how superstitious the owner and general manager is, maybe it's something he would consider again. “This situation may bring out the best in me,” Jones joked. “Old Moby Dick out there to the right, all of those added nuances, it just clears your head.” Head coach Mike McCarthy spent the draft in Green Bay with his family.

How good does Jerry Jones feel about the 2020 draft? He mentioned the 2005 draft that featured DeMarcus Ware and drafts from the early 1990s that benefitted from the Herschel Walker trade, but “this feels like one of our best ones,” after adding CeeDee Lamb, Trevon Diggs, Neville Gallimore, Ryan Robinson, Tyler Badiasz and Bradlee Anae in the first five rounds.

With CeeDee Lamb pick in NFL draft, Cowboys asking offense to lead way
In 44% of their games, the Cowboys were not efficient in scoring, which might be the biggest reason McCarthy is the new coach. In 13 seasons with the Packers, his offenses finished among the top 10 in yards and points nine times.

International players added to practice squads for 2020
The International Player Pathway Program began in 2017 and aims to provide international athletes an opportunity to learn and compete at the NFL level.

Cowboys give revered No. 88 to rookie receiver CeeDee Lamb
Drew Pearson wore No. 88 from 1973 to 1983 and is in the Cowboys' Ring of Honor. Michael Irvin, a Hall of Famer, wore No. 88 from 1988 to 1999 and left as the franchise leader in receptions. Dez Bryant wore No. 88 from 2010 to 2017 and is the franchise leader with 73 touchdown receptions.

Lamb's number choice was up for debate since the Cowboys selected him, and he told 105.3 The Fan on draft night that he would wear No. 10 in Dallas after wearing No. 2 with the Oklahoma Sooners.

The addition of Andy Dalton is not a sign of any unhappiness the Cowboys have with the direction of the Dak Prescott talks. This was a way to add a veteran backup at a decent price. Dalton, who has 204 touchdown passes, is set to make $3 million this season. Cooper Rush, who has been the backup the last three seasons, is set to make $2.1 million.

The behind-the-scenes MVP of the Cowboys' 2020 NFL draft

Dallas Cowboys executive vice president Stephen Jones was quick to call Will McClay the MVP of the team's 2020 NFL draft. And, coach Mike McCarthy was full of praise after going through his first draft with the vice president of player personnel. McClay & Co. drafted seven players last week, including the Cowboys' first-round pick of wide receiver CeeDee Lamb at No. 17 overall. If you're wondering what McClay thought of the accolades, his answer is it is a study on leadership. It's similar to the leadership Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott has shown with the team-first mantra.

How the Cowboys are adding depth, not leverage, with Andy Dalton
At 32, he has thrown 204 touchdown passes. He has 31,954 passing yards. He has been to the playoffs. He has won big games. His 64 straight starts are the third-longest active streak among quarterbacks, trailing only Phillip Rivers (224) and Russell Wilson (128).

The Cowboys would be extremely happy if Dalton never saw the field for any meaningful snaps in 2020.

Cowboys reach deal with OL Cameron Erving

The Dallas Cowboys filled another roster hole Wednesday with the addition of free-agent offensive lineman Cameron Erving the team announced.Terms were not announced but it's a one-year deal, according to a source. The Cowboys had a need for a veteran backup offensive tackle after losing Cameron Fleming, who held the role in 2018 and '19, earlier in the offseason to the New York Giants. The Cowboys declined to pick up Fleming's $4 million option for 2020, allowing him to become a free agent. The Kansas City Chiefs similarly did not pick up Erving's 2020 option, and he became a free agent. Erving, a first-round pick of the Cleveland Browns in 2015, has started 42 of 69 games in his career, including eight last season at left tackle with Kansas City. He was traded to the Chiefs in 2017. Against the Cowboys in 2016 while with the Browns, Erving was ejected after three plays after he got into a fight with defensive end David Irving.
