How can Data's tongue slip?

When I was little I had one of those dolls that peed and pooped.. it came out looking just like it went in.
 
What a rip-off. I would have demanded realistic pee and poop.

as a machine, he shouldnt have any prefereces one way or the other, so I doubt Data would give it a second thought if he wanted to pleasure a man.

The series sure would have been a lot different if it were Riker dragging him off to bed instead of Tasha
 
Maybe Doctor Soong gave him his own sexuality brainwaves or something...but then he would have been trying to shag his "mother" in that episode (the one who turned out to be an android too...HMM, in Nemesis they could detect positronic signals from light years away, so how come no one ever detected them off her...OH YEAH, BECAUSE NEMESIS SUCKED.)
