I had a heart attack Tuesday

A relative who was rather healthy most of his life actually had a triple bypass. I think it was the stress. He was a vegitarian. Oh nevermind, I have no idea what he ate in his youth.
It just makes me think what is possible in my future because it runs in my family and several family memebers like to warn me about it, often. I should listen to them. Somehow hearing it from Dogbert is easier than hearing it from them.
 
My uncle had a lymphoma because he was into surfing as a teen and remained bronze for years. Luckily, he caught it in time, but now he has no sweat glands in his right armpit. Saves him a bundle in deodorant each year.
 
Dogbert, Dogbert...how many times have I told you that vigorous sex more than 5 times a day is no good for your ticker??

Seriously, hope you are well, anything involving the heart is scary as hell. Good luck and let us know how you're doing!!

Well, take care of yourself. We want you around for a long time. I'm trying to eat healthier too. My real weakness is candy. It's hard to pass a convenience store and not want to pick up a bag of Hot Tamales or Skittles.

My weakness is McD's and Taco Bell. I'm fast approaching 300 pounds I really need to start eating healthier.
