Use it sparingly and with a knowing look on your face. It means nothing, but implies that you know something of extreme importance that no one else can see.

This is a key tenet of being a good manager of people when your talent is extremely limited.

I was just about to add "if it's worth doing, I'll do it right". Then I realised it's just the kind of cheesy crap people say in their Apprentice pieces to camera.
