And what Administrating do you think I need to do? First, this is Troll Kingdom..I don't work here. Second, Lanzman is handling it...I never take point in a personal information violation unless it is painfully obvious...oh, I share my views and opinions but since I think the entire notion that something in a public blog or easily googlable is in no way shape or form private and making a rule that is so ludicrous as it is almost unbelievable it exists where sane people congregate...I am rarely the best choice for that argument. I have loathed it every time I have been forced to apply that stupid rule.

She didn't expect to get banned, at least not permanently. She said as much when she was accidentally unbanned after a week.

I don't see how she couldn't have.

She swore it would never happen again and was made well aware of it after the last time.

Perhaps she thought Lanzman wouldn't feel the same? That is the only thing I can think of.

I see this as a very low form of dragging board differences into somebody's real life and I hope that the administration will finally put a stop to this now. Because, after all... KIRK's real name is common knowledge too now. He doesn't want to be called by it, just like garamet. But by now there's no difference, only a double standard if you allow one but punish the other.

So...are you being deliberately dense, just not giving a shit at all and backing-up Cass on her "claim", or are you truly stupid? Her return was conditional, contingent on her agreement.

That she, and you for chrissakes, have done this little rhetorical breakdance around the obvious just makes you both look thick-headed and/or dishonest (no surprise there). This is exactly like running a red light for the second time, with your license in the balance, and telling the cop, "Yes...but officer, I never agreed that I was going to obey traffic signals, I'll just be on my way," then turning to high-five all the passengers.

She knew she'd be banned, was hoping to be banned, she said it right there. If she knew there'd be consequences going in, it's idiotic for you to have us believe that she didn't expect that it would be possible that she'd receive the full measure of consequences (Unless it's your contention that she's too stupid to understand concepts like these...and if that's what you're getting at, then WIN :techman: )

Everyone knows for it to be fair game on the board, the poster has to reveal it themselves.

If what she did was allowed, anyone could reveal anything at anytime.
