Actually, the Salt Lake River Project in Arizona is funny. On a 115 degree day, you walk across a hot rocky beach - ouch, ouch, ouch - and jump into the water, which is 35 damn degrees. Can't swim in it - have to get in an inner tube and float down the river and have someone pick you up where you get out. Blistered red on top, frozen blue on bottom - good times.

There's a little house here on route 100 on the way in to stowe that has this fountain they leave on all year, and once it gets cold, it becomes the world's largest fountain spray frozen thing.

I'll get a pic in a few weeks when it's all big and weird looking. Remind me :)
 
While I understand exactly what your reference means, I am thoroughly repulsed. Negative attention may still be attention, hate would only be erotic when you are powerless yourself.
 
Jack you have no idea how wonderful hate is. Have sex with someone you love, then have sex with someone you hate and then tell me which is more satisfying. Tell me who you would rather see vulnerable, empty, weakened to their most base and animalistic – a lover or an enemy?
