Justice League

I've only watched The Dark Knight Rises once but every time I think about it I remember something stupid that happened in it.
 
Which sums up my experience with nearly every DC Movie.

You've never watched The Dark Knight and Heath Ledger's amazing performance? WATCH IT DO IT NOWEH.

Batman Begins is good too but not the best of the three. TDK is amazing.
 
No, I've watched Batman Begins and the Dark Knight several times. It's The Dark Knight Rises I've only watched once and never really felt the compelling need to watch again.
 
Ah! That makes sense.

Bane never was that interesting a villain. And again, "killing" the hero is a lazy way out of a story.
 
I must say that I really enjoyed Wonder Woman.

Aquaman could have helped Kirk find whales quicker or something.
 
Dark Knight rises is worth watching to make fun of all the plot holes.

Why of course a heavily armoured helicopter can outrun rockets.
 
So we got an Aquaman (waterworld part deux), and Shazam coming up.

If the Aquaman flim isn't cancelled,or put on hold. I think it's possible.

Shazam I can still see being made. The Rock's involved, and it's a first time solo movie. Wonder Woman was a success because it was her first solo flim. Not even the stench of being in BvS (for some folks) slowed her down.

Superman had moments of greatness in Justice League. In the right hands he could carry another solo movie. They rushed into the universe stuff too fast.
 
If DC would just go back to the 70s and forget all of their assholic "reboots" since the 80s, they'd still be competitive with Marvel.

(Except for the early-mid 90s, there were some really good Bat titles around that time)

The 70s Green Arrow-Black Canary relationship was quite adult, and would make an interesting movie considering neither has a real super power other than archery skills and some kind of vocal thing.
 
The Aquaman movie's already been completely filmed, so they have to release it (though yeah they could do months of expensive reshoots to blow more money!)
 
Saw it today, I didn't mind it. If you think of it as a lost 90s movie it goes a long way to explaining how bad some of the FX looks.
