ooooo! They answered a bunch of questions this time! I forgive them for some of the cheesy special effects. Tomtrek is gonna be so happy.

I read somewhere that we were supposed to actually see it this week, but someone must've got their wires crossed. Looking forward to next week a lot now!

Great episode all around. I agree the effects for the monster weren't too great, but they rarely do get it right. The scene was still really good, though and made me think "poor old Ben".

I'm glad Pen didn't get killed. Good old Des! Oh and the younger Widmore at the beginning was good, he looked a bit like Alan Dale.
 
Yeah, I was thinking they did a really good job casting the young Widmore. Also, I thought Ben playing a younger version of himself was pretty good too, he actually looked younger, and there are just some people who look rough right from the start.
 
Yeah I went "woah!" when young Ben showed up onscreen, they must've used a bucket load of foundation that day. His hair helped too.
 
That was probably in my top-five favorite Lost episodes.

i too, loved last night's ep.
 
It was good alright, I figured it was Desmond that gave him the tune up, I guess Ben must have shot a can of beans or something in that bag of food that took the bullet for him.

So Ben was lying when he said he knew Locke would come back to life, and dosnt seem to know who Christian is.

Ceaser didnt get that big a roll after all, but hispanic girl seems to be working for Widmore, I guess they were the ones shooting at Sawyer and Jullietts tits on the other boat.
 
It was weird how Illana seemed to just turn evil while Frank and co were away from the island. MAYBE SHE WAS INFECTED. Or maybe she was just pretending to be nice before. What does lie in the shadow of the statue?

SO WAIT A MINUTE that photo of Jack etc in Dharma was there in the recruitment centre for thirty years and Ben never saw it? Never ordered it taken down. I find that a bit hard to believe.

It was cool seeing all the egyptian stuff. Alex is hot. Danielle lied about never seeing anyone on the island (and how come she didn't remember Ben when she had him in a trap when he first appeared?)

It's cool that John knows more than Ben now. Just wish he'd tell us some of it.

OH and Ben was still living with Dharma at the time of the Purge, but Alex was taken before the Purge. But I guess he could have been sneaking out a lot.

I think Ilana meant to go to the island. Don't know if she's working for Widmore, maybe there's a secret four toed statue worshipers society and they've been looking for the island.
