Naked Pizza!

If the US subsidized vegetables instead of corn and soybeans then the poor working man could afford to eat healthier. I try to grow vegetables myself. I'm really good at growing peas and tomatoes, which I can then store in the deep freezer. I kind of suck at growing everything else :( BUT I think a lot of people don't have the room to grow many veggies and probably don't have the freezer space to put them up, and canning stuff is hard too. I'm scared to even try.
 
Imo, it wouldn't even be necessary to grow your own veggies - just buying the essentials and cooking one's own meals from scratch instead of going the Fast Food/convenience food route on a regular basis would probably do a world of good to one's health already. Which we probably all know, and still don't do.
 
The problem is that vegetables are more expensive than junk. Although, if you're careful you can get pretty good stuff and not spend too much. It really depends on how many people you have to feed and how much time you have. AND STUFF
