The new batman cartoon could use a bit more barman.

Also it's very dour.

Not getting a lot of incentive to watch the second episode.

I'm halfway through. It gets better. Not so sure I like a female Penguin or a black Commissioner Gordon and Barbara Gordon. Montoya and Harley romance is quite nice though.

It's looks pretty bland.

I started watching this and it's actually quite good. Nice family friendly fun! The lead child boy does a good job and Kudrow is good at playing a kind of intentially nasty but you can tell she isn't all bad character. So yeah, not actually too bland, it's worth watching if you like gentle time travel comedy.
