Eli Manning hasn't made retirement decision, but doesn't want to be a backup
ElI Manning is contemplating retirement. If he does return, it almost certainly will not be with the New York Giants. But he isn't interested in being Daniel Jones backup next season.Retirement is a much more realistic possibility for Manning after 236 career games and two Super Bowl MVPs. He admitted that he needs to determine how much quality football he still has left in his body. Manning started four games and threw six touchdown passes and five interceptions this season. Source: Antonio Brown's agent conditionally terminates relationship
Agent Drew Rosenhaus conditionally terminated his relationship with Antonio Brown until the free-agent wide receiver seeks counseling, an NFL Players Association source told ESPN's Adam Schefter. Rosenhaus wrote in the letter that the NFLPA received Thursday that he would like to work with Brown, but not until he first gets help. Additionally, attorney Darren Heitner has removed himself as counsel for Brown in a lawsuit filed in 2018 that alleges Brown caused damages to a rented condominium, per an order granting motion to withdraw filed in Miami-Dade County. The court allowed Heitner to withdraw as counsel on the landlord/tenant case that he handled until this week.
Brown has continued to take shots at the NFL and various teams and players via social media this season, including jabs last month at former Steelers teammate JuJu Smith-Schuster and Raiders quarterback Derek Carr. The NFL is investigating Brown after a lawsuit was filed by his former trainer, Britney Taylor, alleging that she was sexually assaulted by Brown on multiple occasions. Brown also was accused of sexual misconduct at his home by an artist who was working there in 2017. The NFL has not concluded that investigation. For Full Story, Click Here.
