My outdoor water bamboo plant isn't looking too good. I don't think being encased in 1/4" of ice for 24 hours did a semitropical plant any good. :/

I could shot gun a beer while watching C-SPAN if I drank beer during the work week and if I watched C-SPAN. But yeah, agreed you can't have proper fun at work parties, but good clean fun can be somewhat enjoyable. Anyway, I'll have plenty of unproper fun at my Saturday night poker and pool and my poker and pool buddies' upcoming Christmas and New Year Parties. His wife is making rum balls.

I left a plan too close to a heat source and I think it is drying out. I moved it and will see how it does.

I'm glad I went to the office party too even though it was very tame. I played "What's the Catchphrase?" and showed off my smarts. I won a lottery scratch off ticket but didn't win anything. Everyone pretty much left an hour before it ended so I actually did some work and typed up one of my letters I needed to send out.

I don't miss that at all.
I just picked up a pair of Neos, they fit over your shoes or boots, they are pretty bad ass, but actually too heavy duty for my uses. I want to keep them anyway. I got them for free.
