Why is it ok for a woman to have a small, tight, little pussy but a man can't have a small pecker and not be the laughingstock of the internet?

Actually, the opposite is true. Major cities only report the major/heinous crimes, not penny-ante domestic disputes. Smaller towns have less to report and less crime, and will be more likely to publish a complete police blotter.
 
Well, they have 48 hours to arraign someone after they've been arrested. I was arraigned the next day. I sat down with the prosecutor and my PD and we hammered out the facts of the case. They agreed to reduce the charges if I plead guilty to misdemeanor assault. It all happened in less than five hours.

I've dealt with the military, which is the most rigid beaurocracy in the world. I was even shocked that my release happened so soon. However, given the size of the town she lives in, there aren't a lot of things going on I guess. Though, I've had other friends of mine get arrested, charged, and sentenced all within a 48hr period. I guess the justice system doesn't waste time.

PSST... I live in a small town and my local paper won't report anything under a felony.

^Hm, I swear the same thing happened my sophomore year in high school between this guy Sergio and his girlfriend Meredith.
 
If Mentalist was so appalled at Conchaga's actions, he would have blocked the guy's IP address, so he couldn't post anymore. On a board inhabited by duals, just banning his account was like spitting in the wind. A token gesture.

I like ya, Menty, but I'm calling BS, as well.
 
*Someone* with the ability to ban has read this thread. The title has been editied. The dual has not been banned.

Its just as easy to get around an IP ban. there are many proxies out there. Some dial up users on my forum get a new IP every time they connect.
