I agree with Friday. ExIsle still has me IP blocked, despite my IP having changed over time. Surely vBulletin has the same option.

I edited the thread title. I'm not doing any banning because I don't believe a word of it either, and no one else on staff has told me whether it's true or not. Conchaga's main account is indeed banned, though.

As for IPs/proxies, one of Hambil's legacies was implementing a proxy blocker.
