I have thought about: Teaching, and mostly in the non conventional sense. I could be a trainer at a company.

I love working with animals, which I get to do when I house sit. I used to want to be a vetrinarian-think of how long school would be for that! Oy!

And think about how long school would be to teach-if it were teaching kids-

Those are my 2 passions besides being on stage and comedy and community things.

I have thought about production-such as movies or animation-
 
Employers are saying ridiculous things. Like mine said "Challenge, celebrate, congratulate." Then gave me a letter that my job is part of "challenge" program being funded by one time moneys and if the economy doesn't improve next year a person in my job category will be laid off. I know it isn't me. But, what about the year after next or the year after that? I can retire in 2015. Suddenly that seems like a very long time from now.
 
Take the job if you can get it, but don't settle.
Go to school to improve your skills, to learn what you need to know to do your dream job.
Keep looking for better jobs between now and then.
Someday we'll be through the hard times.
