I don't know wtf Young's deal is. Just when I think he's getting his shit together he does something dumb. I guess if he'd done the sensible thing the wouldn't have to fight for the ship and the sexy chick wouldn't get to point a gun at TJ.
I told the wife when Young hesitated that he was an idiot, Jack would've vented the damn atmosphere. I blame Wray, she's making him soft. She's seriously starting to piss me off, blah blah blah "civilian authority" blah blah GO HUG A DAMN SEAGULL YOU STUPID BINT. If I was Young I'd shoot her in the head and blast her into space. I'm glad Young grew a pair [after Jack chewed him out about it] and the end and agreed with Rush about rolling up some armed defiance on the LA. Seriously, Wray is asking for a space pirate to rape and kill her, sitting around hoping they'll be civil and discuss a treaty for shared custody of the ship over tea and crumpets or something. Young's a idiot for even entertaining her or having her in the control room. I'm beginning to think that Rush leading them all from the beginning wouldn't have been a bad plan.
Eli is awesome. I knew he was gonna say World of Warcraft right before he said it. Lulz.
Young could've just vented the air and waited til they passed out before going in, giving Rushford medical attention and tying the LA lot up. Silly. It's not as if people die immediately when they're suffocated. They pass out first.
At the same time, everything computery went floozle. Franklin's just getting the hang of things, starting out small, spying on Chloe in the shower misty thing, turning bad guys into space dust...he'll be instrumental in getting Eli and Chloe back to the rest of the crew and dealing with all the space pirates. But not before they've brutally murdered Wray, one would hope.
Jack showed the G'ouldies in some SG-1 episode that zats and staff weapons were inaccurate, unreliable pieces of crap compared to primitive humon firearms.
They actually listened, unlike the idiots in Starfleet.
They'll probably find the disappearing chair guy (in some form) and their story will turn out to be an expository device to introduce him in his new role. He'll heal Chloe's wounds, obviously, and maybe perform liposuction on Eli.
