The frangipani. I've been waiting five years for this sucker to bloom.

(it's gonna take a few minutes for the next picture to upload :rwmad: BE PATIENT THERE'S A GIANT SPIDER)

Giant banana spider. I don't know what the real name of this kind of spider is, but we have lots of them.

That's quite beautiful.

I love to look at those spiders, I'd probably crap my pants if one of them got on me though.

I'm trying to upload a picture of my gay pigs, but it is taking forever. Maybe because the pix are so big or something. I HATE DIAL UP!

The gay pigs, Rosy and Hilary.

Maybe I'll take some more pictures tomorrow.

Your gay pigs are female?

They're not gonna get much done in that position, unless you give one of 'em a strap on...

They are female.. they're just confused, lol. You'd think that would be a hard photo to get, but they do that ALL the time.

Those are my kind of pigs!

zOMG MY PANTS ARE GETTING TIGHT LESBIAN PIGS

Cassie...

Did i suggest the names Rosie & Hillary to you when I found out you had gay female pigs?

Cassie I love these pics! More! More!

I've never understood why spider's are supposed to be scary.

same way I can't understand people's fear of snakes.

[except that snakes are pretty and spiders are FUGLY!]

just instinctive suspicion of things that once bit an ancestor, methinks.

OMG MAYBE THE COLLECTIVE CONSCIOUSNESS does EXIST.

Because lots of them are all poisonous and some eat birds.

thanks for the pix Cassie!

I am envious of the frangipani, which I could NEVER grow up here without a hothouse.

Also, props fer yer patience! Five years. Zang!

I plan to take more spider pictures, I love spiders. There's this one kind of spider that I call a crab spider, cause it looks like a crab (d'oh!) anyway it's beautiful, but I may have to get a ladder out so I can get close enough. I had to get about 5 or 6 inches from the banana spider for that pic to be in focus. The crab spiders are all building their webs right now, so hopefully by this afternoon there will be lots to choose from. Also, I think the afternoon light is better, it's much softer and more yellow, than morning light. I may even try for a yellow sulfur butterfly, but they don't hold still, so I don't know. Thanks for all your kind words about my amateur photography skills, lol.

AND no Dr Dave you didn't name my pigs. I think you should stop drinking this early in the morning.

I'm not very afraid of snakes and spiders (except the poisonous ones), but I don't keep them as pets either!

OK, I wandered around the yard.. and the yard of an abandoned house and took some pictures. I don't think any of them are as good as teh giant banana spider but I'm going to post some of them anyway.
