Andrea's just badly written in general. Falling for the wrong guys, jumping into stuff she doesn't understand. Getting the flu. It's always Andrea.
I thought it was good episode in general, but a bit sparse in terms of developments compared to the last few weeks. Micheone's always very watchable. Merle seems to have gone from being scary because you don't know what he'll do if you bump into him down a dark alley, to just flat out murdering anyone he gets half a chance to. Bit of a shame, that, as fear really comes from ambiguity and implied peril, rather than it being clear from the outset that a psycho with a knife for a hand wants to kill you because you're there.
The whole thing where a lackey tells his master that he's killed the hero when he hasn't... I didn't know we were still doing that plotline in this day and age.
If they kill Glenn and Maggie I'm not watching anymore.
"What about the head and sword?" What about the head and the sword? He barely knows her, why care about claiming her head as some kind of trophy?
Don't care about Rick.
GOSH, why didn't anyone check the cupboards?! Old lesbo haired potential love interests are ALWAYS in the cupboards!
Daryl: Ma mom set herself on fire when I was outta the house.
Karl: I shot my mom in the head so she wouldn't become a zombie after I helped perform a cesarean without anesthetic and delivered my sister. In a high security prison.
Daryl: Ok, kid, your story's better.
