That goes to show how much you know about Tisi - not!
Everyone in the inner circle knows that Tisi doesn't eat those babies for personal gain, you jerk. It's her contribution to the fight against human overpopulation, and without her efforts, the waiting line at your local bakery would be so long you'd have no time to post at TK AT ALL!! You should THANK her instead of badmouthing this wonderful, selfless young lady.

Absolutely. What exactly would Tisi do with stolen HANDS?
 
She uses them to slap people, and for finger prints to get away with crime.

But if she slaps people with stolen hands, she doesn't feel the impact. Tisi likes to feel the impact she has on people!
And since she has one of those nifty blank identity cards from her time with the Doctor, fingerprints are not a concern of hers.
