To make it even more confusing, there's another actress named Peyton List (also on the Wacky Hot One Hundred), which is why this one had to put the "Roi" in her name so people wouldn't confuse them. Peyton Royce's real name is Cassie McIntosh (she's Australian) and I guess she changed it because "Peyton Royce" is a better wrestler name.

If you mean the next update of the Wacky Hot One Hundred, then yes it should be very interesting with some possible high level changes, but it's still a while away (last one was in August 2016 and that was thirteen months after 2015's...you do the math.)
