I vaguely recall that he was rude and dismissive to a member or members with whom he disagreed with, and was called on his behavior in the AQG because of his staff position. There was a hint that he disagreed rather vehemently with other staffers in the staff lounge concerning this behavior which brought about his abrupt departure as one of the admin/mod staff.

But he was simultaneously granted his long sought after enrobement as a demigod. He then seemed to take over the reviews section. And woe betide a poster who disagreed with his view on a t.v. show he liked. The only time I ever saw him back down from his position was when another demigod disagreed with him. A clash of titans was not going to happen as I think the other demigod had more gravitas.

I think his being a demigod agrees with his personality more than when he was part of the staff. It affords him the ability to continue being dismissive with a "get out of jail" bar beneath his name, as no one will ever disagree with a demigod. Can you imagine them ever issuing a warning or suspension to a demigod? Yikes - hell and snow living in perfect harmony.

I arrived when the Bean Head was having an open fight with a really nice member I've come to know that escalated quickly to a very ugly intense scene. The member was asking for an apology from Bean Head and he refused. Shortly after that episode Bean Head gave up his position as a mod and became a 'Demiwad'.

LOL...ahhh yes the mere thought of a Demiwad getting a warning

The crazy thing is: it's not like real celebs post there...at least not in the open. I'd understand if Sean Connery or Bruce Willis hangs out there. These demigods...it's people like RHW and other writers for some shitty little, barely known sci-fi show that was ultimately a failure. Christopher wrote a science book. Whoop-dy.


To me, that's another example of how fucking pale and pathetic the majority of EIers are.

Actor/regular slob: You buy your slacks from Costco like the rest of us.

I don't think any Brentwood boutiques close for Christopher and RHW.

There are times when hate and anger keep you alive. Don't discount it because its a "negative" emotion.

What you have missed is that there are people discussing their different points of view here. Yes, they may get a bit violent sounding at times, but it is nothing but words said out in the open in relative safety. What you are also missing is if people didn't think they could come to a resolution by airing their grievances, then they'd just shut up and blow something up instead. It is better that we hash it out.
