True Blood "Beyond Here Lies Nothin" PLUS S2 analysis AND advance S3 squee-ness

Hey so what does MICHELLE TRACHTENBERG (you may have heard of her) have to say about True Blood?

You were on Alan Ball's 'Six Feet Under,' now he's doing 'True Blood' -- have you been approached or have you thought of approaching him to get a part on 'True Blood'?

No, I've been so crazy filming 'Gossip Girl' and 'Mercy' at the same time that I haven't even thought about it. My mom and my sister are actually huge fans of the show and I keep wanting to wait till the end of the season, that way I can get season 1 and season 2 on DVD and then I'll be like, "Oh my god! I have to get on this." Anna Paquin has been a friend of mine for years, I'm really proud of her. But as far as doing an arc, of course, it would be something in the future that would be super fantastic; Alan is extraordinary to work with -- it's a pleasure to say his words and take his direction, so it would be something that'd be really great in the future. I guess you can say "you never know."

I read that in the first episode of the next season Eric will be almost TOTALLY NAKED.
 
He's shirtless quite often in Generation Kill, and without a load of white paste all over him.

Because Nelsan Ellis' Lafayette was such a huge hit with the audience and the writing staff, they opted to diverge from Charlaine Harris' novels and keep the flamboyant short order cook alive.

this is all sounding very promising indeed....holding off Eric's amnesia until season four is odd.

and still....did i miss it somewhere? WHO WILL PLAY ALCIDE????
 
I may have read about Alcide somewhere, but I can't remember! It could have been on the site Eggs linked to Ausiello (sp?) files or something. I think it was only speculation though... maybe they're keeping it a secret.

Eh, it was the whole 'amnesia' thing that sent up the red flag with the quickness. Next season you'll all be a-twitter over "whose baby is it?"
