I like the first 5 minutes so far. Maybe I'll start watching this show now!

well, except for the becoming -addicted -and- longing- for -next -season's -eps- to -air -part.
 
So far I like it a lot, except that too many of the blond guys and red-headed sluts look alike. Hard to tell the characters apart in the first episode.

Also I hope Suki's brother didn't kill the woman, because he's cute and Id like to see him naked more.

I thought the first episode was the worst, almost put me off watching anymore.
 
OK, I missed some because I was eating dinner and channel flipping, but I'm back. I'm 20 minutes into ep 3. Suki and Bill are having a fight.

The loudmouth black lady best friend is getting on my nerves. Does she get less annoying?
 
I hated her at first, but she kinda grew on me. She mellows out after something happens which I won't say cause you will see it soon.
 
She eats noses.

Pity, I love Lois Smith (the actress), it would have been nice if she could have been a regular for the whole season.

I liked the resolution of the killer arc, although it wasn't much of a surprise. Loved seeing Michelle Forbes again, it looks like she will figure in season 2 as well.

The show is funny, sometimes creepy, sometimes gross, and once in a while it's a little Buffy. But thankfully not too often. Looking forward to next season!
 
I didn't realize Anna Paquin had been nominated for a Globe until I read it in the TV Guide. She'll lose to Kyra Sedgwick, but it's cool the show gets recognition.
 
Not a word of a lie, my cousin who teaches film editing in San Fran says the editing is perfect. Srsly high praise indeed, but I wouldn't know; that's his bailiwick: all I know is I just love the whole enchilada!

^^^^but yeah, Eggs, if they were gonna diverge from the books [as they have on other plot lines] I wish they'd a kept Gram. Lois Smith was awesome.

In fact, other than Chen, (WTF happened there) the casting IMHO has been perfect.
 
Chen was just not chen.
