The Miz will "mentor" Daniel Bryan (Bryan Danielson...yes it's a pointless name change) on NXT. The joke being that Bryan has years more experience than The Miz. They're setting up a feud between them.
 
William Regal is coming to the ring for no apparent reason.
 
Oh, he's talking about NXT as well. Wouldn't it make more sense to promote it on RAW rather than on a ppv?

Miz wins after Big Show punches out MVP from outside the ring. Good match, if a bit long. Nearly an hour left in the show and only the Smackdown Elimination Chamber left.
 
It ws hard to see what happened to Underatker on his entrance there, to be honest!
 
CM Punk and R Truth are the first two entrants. Punk's cutting a promo.
 
Punk eliminates Truth with the Go To Sleep before the first five minutes are up. Starts cutting a promo again. Rey Mysterio in next.
 
Rey eliminates Punk after a top rope rana onto the steel and a springboard splash. Good segment there! Jericho in next.
 
John Morrison in next. very little reaction.
